DB Bistro Moderne. Manhattan 55 W. 44th St Right in the centre of Manhattan, opposite the Rojalton Hotel, designed by Philip Stark. The DB Bistro Moderne (owned by Daniel Boulud) is one of the trendiest restaurants in the city. The use of NY red is a characteristic feature and a full endorsement of the research carried out by Giorgio for the Colours of New York. Jeffrey Beers, the architect responsible for the project, aimed to create a Bistro combining an informal atmosphere and fashion; a meeting place where you can even wear a T-shirt as long as it’s ARMANI.
