In July 2007 we started the procedure to register the trademark Colore e LUCE. The name had not been previously registered and so we started selling this "bright" new line at the beginning of December.

Whether due to an improbable strange coincidence or the topical nature of the concept, another major company started selling a product under a very similar name.

Out of recognition of their prior use of the name in this unfortunate "coincidence", we immediately decided to change our brand name to

Colore
&
GIOIA

and to give it a powerful launch by presenting new sample collections at the MADE EXPO fair, which will be held in Milan from 5 to 9 February. We will also offer a groundbreaking series of applications for Spirito Libero and Colour & Joy.

We'd like to take this opportunity to thank Brignola Spa for actively collaborating with us to find a solution beneficial to both markets and thereby improving the already good relations between our companies.
